To comply with Twilio, LeadConnector, and A2P 10DLC Campaign requirements, the below opt-in processes have been put into place. Transactional and marketing messaging use separate consent processes: marketing SMS messages are sent only to contacts who provide express written consent through a separate, optional marketing opt-in (Scenario 3 below). Marketing consent is never bundled with transactional consent and is never a condition of purchase or of using the service.
Method: Web Form
Sentry Scheduler users are customers of the Sentry Scheduler application. These users will receive application-generated messages notifying them of newly scheduled appointments, customer inquiries the AI chatbot does not have a standard response for, and other system notifications.
Sentry Scheduler users opt in via a checkbox located in Step 2 of the onboarding process. Users have the option to manually agree to terms and conditions for receiving transactional SMS communications, with links to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy presented alongside. The checkbox is unchecked by default and users are not required to agree to proceed with the onboarding process.

Method: SMS Keyword Opt-in
Once Sentry Scheduler users sign up for a paid plan, they receive a Twilio phone number that they display within advertisements and promotional content. When a customer initially messages the Twilio number assigned to the user, the application sends an initial response/welcome message invoking the SMS Keyword Opt-in process.
Message Flow:
Customer: “Hello, I saw your ad on xyz.com, can I get some more information on services and pricing?”
Sentry Scheduler: “Hello, this is Sentry Scheduler. [Name]'s scheduling assistant. I can help with services, pricing & scheduling. Reply OK to proceed. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel, or TERMS for Terms & Privacy.”
Customer: “TERMS”
Sentry Scheduler: “Sentry Scheduler Terms of Service: https://sentry-scheduler.com/terms | Privacy Policy: https://sentry-scheduler.com/privacy”
Customer: “OK”
Sentry Scheduler: “You're now connected with [Name]'s Sentry Scheduler assistant. You'll receive responses to inquiries about available services, pricing and availability. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt-out.”
Sentry Scheduler: “[Name] offers the following services. Service A - $100, Service B - $150, Service C - $125. [Name] has an opening as early as tomorrow at 10AM PST. Would you like to confirm that appointment time? Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt-out.”
Method: Website Chat Widget Opt-in
LeadConnector is the ISV for Sentry AI Technology LLC (doing business as Sentry Scheduler) and owns and maintains the chat widget and its opt-in flow. Visitors to https://www.sentry-scheduler.com may engage with the chat widget and voluntarily provide their mobile number. Before submitting, visitors are shown the following consent disclosure, and submitting the form constitutes express written consent to receive promotional text messages from Sentry AI Technology LLC:
“By submitting, you authorize Sentry AI Technology LLC to text/call the number above for promotional messages, possibly using automated means. Msg/data rates apply, msg frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See terms and privacy policy. Text HELP for help and STOP to unsubscribe.”
Providing a mobile number in the chat widget is entirely optional. Marketing consent is never bundled with transactional consent, is not a condition of purchase, and mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are linked from the consent disclosure and from every page of this website.
Opt-in Confirmation Message:
Sentry Scheduler: “You've opted in to receive marketing messages from Sentry AI Technology LLC. You may get promotions, offers, and updates. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help.”
